Shipping
Our goods are shipped out from our Sydney warehouse. They operate on weekdays. Your order will be dispatched 24-48 hours after it has been received.
For Domestic packages expect a usual delivery time of 3-5 days.
For International orders expect a usual delivery time of 7-14 days.
Due to COVID our carrier (Australia Post) is experiencing longer delays and we cannot guarantee these delivery times at the moment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
