Shipping cost is a case by case basis, and it depends on location and overall weight of the order. If you live domestically (Australia) it will be cheaper though!
My tracking shows delivered, but I never received my item?

Hoodie Pre-orders:
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately for the pre-order through your chosen method of payment.
Why Is After Pay and PayPal Not Available?
Unfortunately these platforms do not allow the sale of pre-ordered item. This means I cannot accept payment using these platforms. I know this is annoying I wish I could fix the issue however it part of After Pay and PayPals Terms & Conditions.
I pre-ordered a Hoodie AND bought other products! When will I receive my order?
We won’t forget your other items, but all your products will be shipped together as one order in May! This is to save on shipping costs. If you wish to purchase items from our shop that we have in stock do these on a seperate order.
When will I be notified of my order being shipped?
Once the order is fulfilled, we will send you an email with details of the order and a tracking number for Australia Post.
What is the timeline for the pre-order?
We expect the Hoodies to begin manufacturing at the start of February, then we’ll be shipping them out to you May. This allows for enough time for them to be manufactured and shipped as well as for the 2 week holiday period the manufacturer takes at the end of February.
What happens if the pre-order date changes?
Pre-order release dates we list on our site are based on information we receive from our manufacturers and could be subject to change. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, we will notify you via the email address on file.
What if the price changes, how does that affect my pre-order?
When you make a pre-order we process your payment for the amount of the item at that time. You will not be charged any more or any less, regardless of any potential price change in the future.
